3Pea - what we stand for

We're Richard and Angie and we invest in real estate, but we aim to do so motivated by a triple bottom line. The name 3Pea is a play on the three P's of People, Planet and Profit, which to us are three peas that fit perfectly together in a pod! (3Pea also resembles a nickname that Angie and I call each other but we won't get into that now!)

In later posts we'll aim to dig into specifics of how we aim to generate a fair economic return over the long term, while building, renovating, and operating with environmental sustainability and community benefits in mind. Feel free to prod us in the comments if you have suggestions, so long as they don't involve sending $ to Nigerian Princes...
